Producing high quality items while respecting the environment has always been our priority, which is why we don’t waste anything, we don’t disperse anything in the surroundings.
In fact, all our products contain a certain percentage of recycled rubber, we re-use all rubber burrs and scraps in our compounds.
As sustainable choices are becoming more and more urgent, in the last period we have focused particularly on materials recycling, in order to offer even more environmentally friendly solutions.
The first result of our research is our new sheet art. LA321 Thin Diamond 6.0 mm in black colour with more than 40% of recycled rubber.
Sheet art. LA321 THIN DIAMOND, made of recycled rubber, contains a significant percentage of devulcanized rubber making it a super eco-friendly product.
Recycled rubber dots are clearly visible on the back side of the sheet.
Recycling doesn’t affect the quality of the product; on the contrary it improves some technical features such as i.e. the gluing.
It is proposed in 2 versions, the soft one, made of RECYRUB 75 compound,is flexible and it has a hardness of approx. 75 ShA.
The hard one, made of RECYRUB 90 compound,is stiff and it has a hardness of about 90 Sha.
Both of them are not slippery and have a wonderful resistance to abrasion.
As mentioned in the attached advertising page, official certifications stating our use of recycled rubber will be available by the end of 2023.
